This is a self-paced course for those who want a nuanced understanding of leading and coaching for change. While this course is for school leaders, the concepts can be applied to various roles across many industries. Leadership is not a title. Leadership is relational.

This course is recommended as a four-week course to give you time to apply the fundamentals. Students taking advantage of coaching are recommended to take 8 weeks to access and complete the course, which optionally includes application and coaching. Students are encouraged to take their time to apply lessons learned between sessions. Reflection is key to development.
