I have served in executive and educational leadership for over 22 years. Through my consulting, courses, and books, I share my experience as an executive and educational leadership coach, a strategic change manager, an advocate for community partnerships, and as a high school leader who has probably worked every position required to have a successful secondary school. The latter part of that statement alone may scream burnout and may even be triggering. That's where I come in. I help school leaders experiencing diminished leadership awareness and self-care, who are on the verge of virtue and the brink of breakthrough, cultivate creative-strategic thinking by identifying inhibitors to progress resulting in increased productivity, wellness and improved professional outcomes.
