Through my unique leadership lens, I am creating content to be leveraged by leaders in various roles and industries. However, those serving in schools may find it most applicable as it is aimed at providing school leaders and partners with the skills to thrive in weeks to months, not years by build communities of invested leaders. I have served in executive and educational leadership for over 22 years. Through my consulting, courses and books, I share my experience as an executive and educational leadership coach, a strategic change manager, an advocate for community partnerships, and as a high school leader who has probably worked every position required to have a successful secondary school. That statement alone should scream burnout and may even be triggering. That's where I come in. I help school leaders experiencing diminished leadership awareness and self-care, who are on the verge of virtue and the brink of breakthrough, cultivate creative-strategic thinking by identifying inhibitors to progress resulting in increased productivity, wellness and improved professional outcomes.
